Fees & working arrangements
Fees are quoted by scope and workload for a sourcing task, project or ongoing assignment. Product payments, samples, travel, logistics and third-party inspections are listed separately and agreed in advance. Any supplier commission or other commercial interest is disclosed and agreed.
You approve purchasing decisions and supplier contracts. Signing, paying or making commitments on your behalf requires separate explicit authority. Product review and quality coordination follow the agreed scope; certification and formal inspections are performed by the relevant providers.
