A series code identifies the product type. Add thickness, dimensions and other requirements; the specific item code is confirmed after sample approval.

Historical application test records for PS ceiling-light cover sheets, organised by the submitted luminaires, covers and flat-sheet samples.
LH-TR01 · July 2024 −20°C / 80°C
High- and low-temperature storage tests
48 hours each at 80°C, 60°C and 50°C; 48 hours at −20°C.
The report records P (pass) for both high- and low-temperature storage. No failure to illuminate, flickering or damage was recorded after testing.
Test basis and applicability
Test object: one submitted LED ceiling light sample
Standard used in the report: GB/T 33721-2017, Test methods for the reliability of LED luminaires
These are storage tests; they do not establish a continuous operating range of −20°C to 80°C.
UVA-340 lamps; 8 hours of exposure at a black-panel temperature of 60°C and reported irradiance of 0.76 W/m² at 340 nm, followed by 4 hours of condensation at 50°C. Total duration: 168 hours.
The report requires no abnormal damage, yellowing, embrittlement or deformation, with total colour difference ΔE≤3.5. The recorded result is P (pass).
Supplementary colour-difference range: ΔE 1.8–2.2, supplied separately by the supplier. The original report specifies ΔE≤3.5 and a pass result, without individual measured values.
Test basis and applicability
Test object: two submitted LED ceiling light samples
Standards used in the report: GB/T 16422.3-2022 / ISO 4892-3:2016; colour measurement and calculation reference GB/T 11186.2 and GB/T 11186.3.
168 hours is the duration of this accelerated test. It cannot be directly converted into years of outdoor service.
Impact energy for other components: 0.35 N·m (0.35 J). The cover underwent a glow-wire test; the results table does not state the glow-wire temperature.
The impact test is recorded as P. The cover showed no sustained flame or ignition caused by dripping in the glow-wire test, recorded as P.
Test basis and applicability
Test object: two submitted LED ceiling light samples; the cover was the component subjected to the glow-wire test
Standard used in the report: GB 7000.1-2015, Luminaires — Part 1: General requirements and tests; impact clause 4.13.1 and glow-wire clause 13.3.2.
Ball-pressure, needle-flame and tracking-resistance entries are marked N (not applicable or not tested), and are not presented as passes. These results do not establish a UL94 rating.
IK impact testing of covers and flat-sheet materials
Spring-hammer testing, unpowered, with the support, assembly and impact conditions stated in the report. Assessed rating: IK07, corresponding to 2 J.
IK07 is recorded as P, with no damage in the assessment. A separate test photograph notes cracking after IK08 testing; the assigned rating is IK07.
Test basis and applicability
Test object: report title “LED ceiling light”; model field “cover, flat-sheet material”; stated sample quantity: one
Standards used in the report: GB/T 20138-2006 / IEC 62262:2002, Degrees of protection provided by enclosures for electrical equipment against external mechanical impacts (IK code)
IK08 was not passed. The rating applies to the submitted sample and its support and mounting conditions; it is not a guaranteed rating for every luminaire or cover design.
These summaries relate to historical submitted samples; customer identifiers have been removed. Standard editions are those cited in the original reports. Summaries support material-selection discussions and do not replace full reports. Conclusions apply only to the stated objects and conditions.

Sheet for blow-forming covers; confirm the formed cover separately against drawings
53% is the nominal sheet transmission, subject to the relevant test method and tolerance. Assess transmission after forming with the actual wall thickness and luminaire structure.
Selection and verification
Check the conditions that affect your choice.
01
Forming compatibility
Provide cover drawings, forming depth and process conditions to check material and tooling compatibility.
02
Thickness distribution
Initial sheet thickness is not the wall thickness throughout the formed part. Check stretched areas, corners and edges.
03
Illumination and assembly
Check LED concealment, illuminated appearance, mechanical fit and stability after forming.
