LH-MF / Series selection

Identify the right product by its model code.

A series code identifies the product type. Add thickness, dimensions and other requirements; the specific item code is confirmed after sample approval.

Microstructured PET optical film

Select deflection, widening or batwing distribution, then match the required frosted or honeycomb appearance.

Material and thickness: PET, 0.225 mm
Appearance: Frosted, honeycomb
Light distribution: Beam deflection; 15°, 25° or 36° beam widening; batwing distribution
Combinations and angle definitions: Confirm appearance/distribution combinations, the definition of nominal angles and the final assembled lighting effect separately

Here, deflection refers to changing the beam direction. Nominal 15°, 25° and 36° values do not automatically equal the final luminaire beam angle.

Flat beam-angle-control sheet

Flat-sheet angle control for linear lights, area-lighting products and high-bay applications where a thin optical structure is required.

Standard full-sheet dimensions: 1220 × 2440 mm; specify cut-part dimensions separately
Product format: Flat material with a surface microstructure that controls the output angle
Selection inputs: Target beam angle, original distribution, available thickness and mounting position
Specification confirmation: Confirm material, thickness and angle against the specific model
Verification criteria: Distribution curves, useful luminous flux, uniformity and mechanical fit

Select angle-control sheets separately from 0.225 mm microstructured PET film. The 15° / 25° / 36° widening options do not apply by default; verify the final angle in the intended assembly.
