Identify the right product by its model code.
A series code identifies the product type. Add thickness, dimensions and other requirements; the specific item code is confirmed after sample approval.
UVA-340 lamps; 8 hours of exposure at a black-panel temperature of 60°C and reported irradiance of 0.76 W/m² at 340 nm, followed by 4 hours of condensation at 50°C. Total duration: 168 hours.
The report requires no abnormal damage, yellowing, embrittlement or deformation, with total colour difference ΔE≤3.5. The recorded result is P (pass).
Supplementary colour-difference range: ΔE 1.8–2.2, supplied separately by the supplier. The original report specifies ΔE≤3.5 and a pass result, without individual measured values.
Test basis and applicability
Test object: two submitted LED ceiling light samples
Standards used in the report: GB/T 16422.3-2022 / ISO 4892-3:2016; colour measurement and calculation reference GB/T 11186.2 and GB/T 11186.3.
168 hours is the duration of this accelerated test. It cannot be directly converted into years of outdoor service.
Impact energy for other components: 0.35 N·m (0.35 J). The cover underwent a glow-wire test; the results table does not state the glow-wire temperature.
The impact test is recorded as P. The cover showed no sustained flame or ignition caused by dripping in the glow-wire test, recorded as P.
Test basis and applicability
Test object: two submitted LED ceiling light samples; the cover was the component subjected to the glow-wire test
Standard used in the report: GB 7000.1-2015, Luminaires — Part 1: General requirements and tests; impact clause 4.13.1 and glow-wire clause 13.3.2.
Ball-pressure, needle-flame and tracking-resistance entries are marked N (not applicable or not tested), and are not presented as passes. These results do not establish a UL94 rating.
IK impact testing of covers and flat-sheet materials
Spring-hammer testing, unpowered, with the support, assembly and impact conditions stated in the report. Assessed rating: IK07, corresponding to 2 J.
IK07 is recorded as P, with no damage in the assessment. A separate test photograph notes cracking after IK08 testing; the assigned rating is IK07.
Test basis and applicability
Test object: report title “LED ceiling light”; model field “cover, flat-sheet material”; stated sample quantity: one
Standards used in the report: GB/T 20138-2006 / IEC 62262:2002, Degrees of protection provided by enclosures for electrical equipment against external mechanical impacts (IK code)
IK08 was not passed. The rating applies to the submitted sample and its support and mounting conditions; it is not a guaranteed rating for every luminaire or cover design.
These summaries relate to historical submitted samples; customer identifiers have been removed. Standard editions are those cited in the original reports. Summaries support material-selection discussions and do not replace full reports. Conclusions apply only to the stated objects and conditions.

Square- / hexagonal-prism PS sheets
Select prism texture for the area-lighting structure and output target. Blow-formed cover and decorative diffuser applications can also be assessed.
Surface microstructures modify the light distribution
Application inputs
Luminaire structure, output luminous flux, available thickness and glare-control target
Comparison criteria
Light distribution, high-angle luminance, uniformity, colour and mechanical fit
Confirm thickness and microstructure by model. These sheets are not additional prism-size options within the existing six PS prismatic variants. UGR requires assessment of the complete luminaire in its application.
A microstructured light-control film selected against distribution requirements for automotive lighting or other optical assemblies.
Substrate
PC
Construction
Double-sided microstructured film
Nominal specification
0.25 mm; confirm the available 0.25–1.0 mm custom range for the selected model
Selection inputs
Original distribution, mounting orientation, optical spacing, effective area and dimensions
Automotive applications require project-specific validation. The 0.225 mm thickness and 60% / 70% transmission options for PET / PC diffuser films do not apply to this film.
Consider red appearance and microstructured light control together. Verify output colour and distribution with the intended light source.
Substrate and colour
PC, red
Construction
Double-sided microstructured film
Nominal specification
0.5 mm; confirm the available 0.25–1.0 mm custom range for the selected model
Verification inputs
Source spectrum, colour requirements, light distribution and mounting structure
Confirm the red version's sample and model separately. It is not an arbitrary colour option for a standard film, and this material page does not replace complete-luminaire compliance validation.
Confirm specifications before selecting an application.

Selection sequence
Choose a product type below, then check its specifications and application conditions
Confirm materials, construction and specifications separately for each type. Products in the same family are not necessarily interchangeable.
Selection and verification
Check the conditions that affect your choice.
01
Match models to conditions
Match the selected type, material and thickness to the sample identifier to avoid mixing specifications from different products.
02
Compare in the same assembly
Compare lighting performance with the intended light source and assembly, and agree the test methods required for the project.
03
Supply and acceptance
Confirm processed dimensions, appearance, quantity and packaging. Inspect batches against the approved sample and agreed conditions.
