LH-RF / Series selection

Identify the right product by its model code.

A series code identifies the product type. Add thickness, dimensions and other requirements; the specific item code is confirmed after sample approval.

LH-RF01	Frosted reflective film	Confirm substrate, thickness and reflectance against the sample. A frosted finish does not imply a particular reflectance.
LH-RF02	Matte reflective film	Assess separately from the frosted finish using physical samples; do not infer optical differences from the name.
LH-RF11	PC reflective film	Confirm thickness, dimensions, construction and supply terms for the corresponding sample.

Select a reflector layer for an edge-lit assembly, considering light recycling, mounting and edge leakage.

Surface finish: Frosted, matte
Substrate, thickness and reflectance: Confirm against the corresponding sample and specification sheet
Dimensions and supply format: Request a quotation with application dimensions and quantity

Confirm frosted and matte finishes separately using the corresponding samples. Do not infer reflectance from the finish name.

High-reflectance PC film

Evaluate PC reflective film for assemblies requiring a thin reflector layer, considering the light source, cavity and mounting conditions.

Substrate: PC
Nominal specification: 0.3 mm; confirm the available 0.25–1.0 mm custom range for the selected model
Required inputs: Reflector outline, mounting surface, light source and cavity geometry
Acceptance criteria: Agree reflectance test methods, dimensions and appearance against the approved sample

Confirm the PC series substrate and specifications separately. Do not apply frosted or matte series specifications by default. Suitability for automotive use requires assessment within the complete luminaire project.
