High-bay luminaire and SKD development service

Design every layer for high-level installation.

Standard scope: one base model and one configuration, with one power rating, one distribution and one mounting method. Explosion-proof and special corrosive environments require separate assessment.

Key issues this design addresses

  • A failure high overhead costs more than one fixture.
  • Light the warehouse aisles while protecting upward sight lines.
  • Give the suspension an independent safety restraint.
  • Replace the driver without dismantling the optical assembly.

Class 1 is original technology development; Class 2 introduces new technology; Class 3 uses a new structure or power supply. Classification depends on reusable technology and project scope. SKD adds the agreed breakdown, assembly and receiving-factory handover.

Development service price. Tax and invoicing are agreed in the quote. Prototypes, tooling, third-party certification, travel and mass production are priced separately. Images illustrate a design concept.
