Flashlight and SKD development service

A pocket-sized beam for confident movement after dark.

Standard scope: one base model and one configuration, for a handheld white-light flashlight. Two optical apertures are part of one body design. Laser, ultraviolet, explosion-proof and law-enforcement functions are excluded unless agreed separately.

Key issues this design addresses

  • Switch life and prevention of accidental activation in a pocket.
  • How two optical apertures illuminate the path.
  • How long high output can be sustained.

Class 1 is original technology development; Class 2 introduces new technology; Class 3 uses a new structure or power supply. Classification depends on reusable technology and project boundaries. SKD adds the agreed parts breakdown, interfaces and assembly handover information.

This is a product development service. Samples, tooling, third-party certification, travel and manufacturing are priced separately. Fees, tax and acceptance criteria follow the formal quote and brief. Images illustrate a product concept.
