01 / Your challenge

The question we address

Which products should we develop this year, and in what order?

02 / Deliverables

What you receive

  • Product-line matrix: use case × customer × price tier, identifying volume, profit, flagship and complementary products.
  • Project priorities: rank new, upgrade, cost-reduction and phase-out projects with dependencies.
  • Four-quarter roadmap: approval, development, validation, launch windows and release criteria.
  • Resources and budget: owners, specialist effort, external dependencies and change rules.
03 / Scope and boundaries

What is included

One product line and up to ten candidate R&D projects. Deliver a use-case and product portfolio, resource choices and 12-month roadmap. Planned SKUs and separate development projects are counted separately. Includes two consolidated revision rounds and 20 working days after complete inputs and confirmed start. Revisions cover consolidated feedback within agreed goals; new goals are scoped separately.

This includes one annual plan and agreed revisions, not 12 months of ongoing management or a full PRD for every project. Quarterly updates may be provided through an annual advisory engagement.
