The question we address

What price supports a viable margin?

02 / Deliverables

What you receive

  • Price structure: end-customer, distributor, ecommerce or project transaction terms on a comparable basis.
  • Unit economics: net revenue, manufacturing and delivery costs, channel costs and after-sales expenses.
  • Target cost limits under different prices and gross-margin requirements.
  • Profitability and cash-flow scenarios: sales volumes, one-time investment, inventory and collection assumptions.

What is included

For one product family, up to five SKUs and two channel types, build three business scenarios from customer-provided cost and expense data, with one financial-basis review. Includes one consolidated revision round and ten working days after complete inputs and confirmed start. Revisions cover feedback within agreed goals; new goals are scoped separately.

Commercial pricing and target-cost decisions are covered here. Detailed BOM optimization, procurement negotiations, tax and financial assurance, and channel execution require separate agreement. Existing calculations may be reused after review.
