01 / Your challenge

The question we address

The product is ready. How do you bring it to market?

02 / Deliverables

What you receive

  • Positioning and claim substantiation: target customers, use value, supporting evidence and claims that must not be made
  • Six launch preparations: samples, training, pricing, sales materials, display demonstrations and initial order supply
  • Sales tools: specification and selection sheets, system accessory lists, comparison talking points, demonstrations and responses to objections
  • Initial launch validation: recording and review criteria for enquiries, trials, sales, repeat purchases and returns
03 / Scope and boundaries

What is included

One range, up to three priority SKUs and one primary channel. Deliverables include a sample plan, training materials, price implementation sheet, sales materials, display and demonstration plan, and initial order supply checklist. Sample production, display fabrication and sales execution are excluded. Includes two consolidated revisions. Delivery is within 15 working days after complete information is received and work is authorised. Revisions address consolidated feedback within the agreed objectives; new objectives are scoped separately.

Launch readiness review does not replace pilot production or quality release. Packaging artwork uses the existing packaging design service. Advertising and channel sales execution are scoped separately.
