03 / Scope and boundaries

What is included

One product line and up to 100 SKUs, analysing 12 months of client-supplied data. Deliverables include segmentation, replacement and discontinuation actions, with one management review and one consolidated revision. Delivery is within 15 working days after complete information is received and work is authorised. Revisions address consolidated feedback within the agreed objectives; new objectives are scoped separately.

Includes a portfolio management plan and agreed review. New coding systems, specification databases or configuration tools are scoped separately. Suitable existing master data is reused. We do not directly delete ERP data or discontinue production; the client approves actual changes.
