Start with your current challenge

This is a useful starting point when

Situation 01 The product brief has many requirements but no complete validation matrix.
Situation 02 Prototypes and tests keep changing, and results cannot be matched to design versions.
Situation 03 An issue is declared resolved verbally, without retest or closure evidence.
Service scope and effort

Agree the scope and quotation at the depth you need

What you can engage us to do

Pricing depends on the model, validation items, sample phase and priority issues. Identify the test provider, evidence review and closure criteria.

Information needed before we begin

Requirements, design version, risk analysis, samples and lab conditions, and existing records.

Agreed according to objectives, deliverables and effort
Quoted after the scope is confirmed
Validation planValidation and issue resolution

Choose a validation plan alone or add issue-resolution coordination. Pricing depends on the product, phase, validation items, issue volume and number of closure cycles.

We confirm workload, service period and both parties' responsibilities before issuing a formal quotation. Samples, site work and third-party services are listed separately where required.

Process and responsibilities

Every step establishes the basis for the next

01Review requirements and risks
02Build the matrix and prototype plan
03Coordinate validation and issue tracking
04Close after retesting and summarize the phase
Engagement boundaries

Existing specialist validation plans are reused first. Overall coordination, additional issue resolution and laboratory testing are priced separately. A delivered plan is not described as completed testing.

Other questions you may have

Who performs the tests, and are test fees included?

The plan assigns internal staff, suppliers or a third party to execute each test. Service fees and sample, testing and certification costs are confirmed separately.

How is this service accepted?

Every requirement has a validation method and owner; issue closure has evidence, and missing or failed items have an explicit disposition.

What happens if the scope changes or information is incomplete?

We first assess how gaps or changes affect deliverables, timing and fees. They are included only after both parties agree; items outside the original scope are recorded separately.

How should information be shared and kept confidential?

Start with a summary of the product type, objectives and issues. Share detailed information after its intended use, confidentiality requirements, access scope and delivery permissions have been agreed.
